Personal use means non-commercial use of the photographs for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The Photographs may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or recognition. The Photographs may not be used in competitions, advertising, be re-edited, re-sold, re-licensed, or sub-licensed. Should this licence condition be breached and any Photograph supplied by Daniel Sørheim is re-edited or tampered with by a client in any way whatsoever, under no circumstances are these files to be published online, in print or by any other means. They are not to be credited to Daniel Sørheim. No responsibility will be taken by Daniel Sørheim for files edited by any third party. Express prior permission from Daniel Sørheim may be requested under exceptional circumstances. Should permission be granted conditions will apply.
